Simon is COO of the TRC Group and is a Director of The Outsourced Recruitment Company where he is a key contact and escalation point for most of our key clients. 

Simon’s been a door-to-door salesman, shoe shiner, juggler and fire breather. He’s also a statistician, mathematician and ace recruiter. 

But it’s Simon’s conviction to – and constant talking about – creating a culture of exceptional service that has made him two things: the COO of the best place to work in Australia and someone to avoid sitting next to on long bus journeys
