SCOPE:

The Outsourced Recruitment Company’s scope was to deliver resources for the Inbound Sales Team, The Customer Service Team, the Loan Verification Team and the Credit Team.

The organisation ultimately wanted to grow their team permanently so the solution needed to provide them with the ability to hire the outsourced workers on a permanent basis if desired.

SOLUTION:

The Outsourced Recruitment Company provided a flexible team of resources who were based on site but who were employed by The Outsourced Recruitment Company. The team could be grown and shrunk to meet demand changes. The team was fully integrated with the bank's own, internal small teams. The Outsourced Recruitment Company also created a flexible pricing structure so that the organisation could engage any resources they wanted on a permanent basis. The Outsourced Recruitment Company provided consulting services, assisting with development of their sourcing strategy and outsourced elements of the onboarding process.

OUTCOME:

The Outsourced Recruitment Company rapidly built the Sales and Service teams to over 20 who were able to service a high volume of clients. As the organisation grew their headcount they were able to handpick the best resources from within the managed services team and convert them to permanent employment.

The Outsourced Recruitment Company were then engaged to provide a similar service to the Loan Processing team and staffed an outsourced team of loan verification specialists. The Outsourced Recruitment Company then created a new, outsourced, front line Customer Service Team. The model was replicated again to augment their Loan Servicing team.

The Outsourced Recruitment Company have so far provided this leading Australian lender with over 50 outsourced resources across their sales, customer service, loan servicing and loan verification teams, many of whom have eventually transferred to permanent employment. In addition, The Outsourced Recruitment Company has also provided permanent recruitment services for the Credit Team.
