SCOPE:

The Outsourced Recruitment Company were required to provide resources to a global waste management company across 2 teams located in Rhodes and Wetherill Park.

CHALLENGES:

The company was operating in a candidate short market and were in competition with organisations allowing people to work from home whereas they were required a team to operate on site.  They required the outsourced team to work from their offices which were located in non-CBD locations. This was causing some issues with sourcing the quality and quantity of resource needed for this critical piece of work.

SOLUTION:

The Outsourced Recruitment Company cast the net wide and conducted skill testing with hundreds of candidates. Those who passed then went through a screening process whihc included our Dependability Testing process.  Only the best few were presented to the line manager.

OUTCOME:

The Outsourced Recruitment Company were able to source an outsourced team for the initial requirement with minimal time taken by the management team. The team provided were committed to the project and turned out to be reliable and skilled.

This led to further projects which were also sourced by The Outsourced Recruitment Company. Eventually the scope of the project evolved and the company decided to hire permanent resources. The Outsourced Recruitment Company were able to offer a ‘try before you buy’ billing model which meant that they were able to engage the team on an on-hire basis before committing to hiring them on a permanent basis.
